Working with Kristina has been an absolute blast. She patiently (and heroically) combed through 800 pages of my two books, line by line, word by word, offering invaluable, sharp feedback, honest advice, and tons of encouragement along the way. More than just an editor, she gave me the confidence to believe these books were actually worth sharing with the world. When I began my supplemental application for medical residencies, I underestimated my need to connect with the reader and craft a story. Thankfully, Kris pulled these details out of me and made me look compelling on paper along with editing my overall application. Program Directors even remembered me because of the thoughtful parts of my application. Comparing applications with my peers showed how much extra work went into mine, and I ended up being accepted to my top choice program.

I can describe Kristina’s professional attitude in one word: conscientiousness. She will not be happy with her work until she can see, no, until she can feel: I got it! She will keep chasing down the tiniest details to get it right. Not just OK. And in the end, I must always admit: She is right, it is worth the hassle, she got it right.

I feel grateful to have Kris as a part of the Molchanovs team and for her contributions! She often thinks outside of the box and is a true impact player who takes leadership. I really value her expertise, efficiency, responsiveness, and sense of responsibility. She is creative and able to understand and evolve the brand language. I enjoy working with Kris because her editing is very subtle. Even when she rewrites big parts of my text, I don't notice the difference unless the corrections are marked.
